Social Practice Building

Building, scaling, and optimizing social teams is what I do best. At MullenLowe, I grew the U.S. social practice from 8 people to 30, expanded the client roster from 3 to 10, and took revenue from under $1M to close to $10M — then helped stand up the UK practice, too. I work with agencies and in-house teams on everything from talent assessments and hiring frameworks to operational models, pricing structures, and process overhauls. Brand Strategy & Messaging

Great brands start with a clear story. I help companies define their narrative, establish core values, and build messaging architecture that drives every touchpoint — from campaign creative to CRM. At Sentient Jet, I shaped the go-to-market strategy alongside the CEO and launched two new products in six months. For Burger King, the global social strategy I developed raised consideration among 18–34-year-olds by 14 points. I bring that same rigor whether I'm working with a startup finding its voice or an established brand ready to evolve.


Marketing Operations

Strategy only works if the machine behind it runs. I help brands and agencies build the operational backbone of their marketing — team structures, workflow processes, data management, and cross-functional alignment across creative, media, and analytics. At Sentient Jet, I oversee a customer database of nearly 1 million contacts, including segmentation, communication cadence, and data hygiene. I've centralized agency offerings, implemented proprietary analytics tools that generated six-figure revenue in year one, and designed operational models that scaled across multiple offices.
